This instructor-led course equips IT professionals with skills to configure advanced Windows Server services using hybrid and cloud technologies. It covers migrating workloads to Azure IaaS, managing and securing Azure VMs, and implementing high availability and disaster recovery. Participants will learn to leverage tools like Windows Admin Center, PowerShell, and Azure services for efficient infrastructure management.

• Perform upgrades and migration-related to AD DS, and storage
• Manage and monitor hybrid scenarios using WAC, Azure Arc, Azure Automation, and Azure Monitor
• Implement service monitoring and performance monitoring and apply troubleshooting

Prerequisites

Students must have experience managing Windows Server operating systems and workloads in on-premises scenarios, including AD DS, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V, and File and Storage Services. They should understand core networking technologies like IP addressing, name resolution, and DHCP, have knowledge of Hyper-V and server virtualization, awareness of security best practices and technologies, basic experience with Azure IaaS services, Azure Active Directory, hands-on experience with Windows client OS, basic Windows PowerShell skills, and understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting concepts.
