This course provides hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform apps. Students will learn to manage environments, security, and create custom model-driven apps using tools like the Power Apps Maker Portal.

• Customize and configure out-of-the-box Apps like Sales and Customer Service
• Create custom Model-driven Apps using the Power Apps Maker Portal
• Configure security models, environments, and auditing in Power Platform
• Design and implement custom Entities, Fields, Relationships, and Forms
• Manage business process automation with Workflows, Business Process Flows, and Power Automate
• Package and deploy customizations using Solutions across multiple Environments

Prerequisites

Existing working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Apps and Hubs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
