Prerequisites
Successful completion requires experience in operating systems, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, storage structures, and networking. Specific knowledge includes understanding of on-premises virtualization technologies (VMs, virtual networking, virtual hard disks), network configuration (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, encryption technologies), Active Directory concepts (users, groups, role-based access control), and resilience/disaster recovery (backup and restore operations).
