AZ-120 Planning and Deploying SAP on Azure
This course teaches IT Professionals experienced in SAP solutions how to leverage Azure resources for deploying and configuring virtual machines, networks, and storage. Students learn through hands-on labs to plan, implement, and operate SAP solutions on Azure, covering migration, monitoring, and security.
Learning Outcomes
- Migrate SAP HANA, S/4HANA, and SAP NetWeaver to Azure
- Leverage Azure Portal, Cloud Shell, PowerShell, CLI, and Resource Manager
- Use intersite connectivity features like VNet Peering and VNet-to-VNet connections
- Work with Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect
Prerequisites
Solid knowledge of implementing, migrating, and administering SAP Applications, with experience in Linux operating systems, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, storage structures, and networking. Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions, understanding of VMs, VNets, load balancers, storage, network configuration, Active Directory, Linux/Unix environments, and SAP HANA deployment and administration.

- AZ-104 Azure Administrator
- Azure Administrators who migrate and manage SAP solutions on Azure, with experience in cloud services spanning storage, networking, and compute. They handle user requests, recommend optimal services, provision resources, monitor performance, and coordinate with vendors, using tools like Azure Portal, PowerShell, and CLI.
