Funding Eligibility Overview

Singapore offers diverse financial support options for professional development through various programs.

SkillsFuture Singapore Framework

Eligibility criteria are organized into three distinct pathways based on sponsorship type and participant demographics:

Individual Learners (Self-Funded)

  • Ages 21-39: Receive funding coverage of up to 50%
  • Ages 40+: Qualify for enhanced support of up to 70%

Corporate-Backed Participants (Large Enterprises)

  • Ages 21-39: Access funding assistance up to 50%
  • Ages 40+: Benefit from increased coverage up to 70%

SME Employee Development

  • Ages 21+: Eligible for maximum funding support of up to 70%

Note: SME refers to Small and Medium Enterprises

This tiered approach ensures that funding levels align with both individual circumstances and business size considerations, promoting accessible skill development across Singapore’s workforce.

Financial Support Criteria

Participants must maintain a minimum 80% attendance rate and successfully complete internal evaluations to qualify for financial assistance.

Digital verification through the national identity app is mandatory for attendance tracking purposes.

Participants are required to digitally check-in twice per day using the official government authentication application.

Should you experience technical difficulties with the digital platform, please notify our team beforehand for alternative arrangements.

Modification requests submitted within the 14-day window will result in administrative fees.
